Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG). For visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.

3. Data when visiting the website

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically stores information in so called server log files that your browser transmits. This is usually: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser and operating system used. This data serves the technical delivery, security and stability of the website and is not merged with other data sources.

Hosting

This website is hosted with Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). The provider processes the server log files mentioned above on our behalf. A data processing agreement is in place. A transfer to countries outside Switzerland or the EU may occur and takes place on the basis of suitable safeguards.

4. Cookies

For its basic operation this website uses only technically necessary cookies or none at all. Analytics and advertising tools (see section 8) are only loaded after your consent via the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser at any time.

5. Self-test and email sign-up

When you take the self-test and enter your data, we process the details you provide (first name, email address, test result) in order to send you the result and matching impulses by email. Processing is based on your consent. We use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH) for sending. You can withdraw your consent at any time and unsubscribe from every email with one click.

6. Contact

If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle the enquiry. We do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it as soon as it is no longer needed and no legal retention obligations apply.

7. Booking appointments

For booking appointments we use Calenso (Calenso GmbH, Switzerland). When you book an appointment, the data you enter (e.g. name, email, chosen time) is processed by this provider. The privacy notices of Calenso also apply.

8. Web analytics and advertising

If activated, we use services from Google (Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC) to analyse the use of the website and measure the success of advertisements:

Data may be transmitted to Google, including to the USA. These services are only loaded after your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

9. Fonts

The fonts used (Fraunces and Inter) are embedded locally on the server of this website. When the fonts load, no connection is made to third party servers such as Google, so no data is transmitted to Google.

10. Sharing with third parties

Your data is only shared with the service providers named in this policy who support us in providing the website and our services, or when we are legally obliged to do so. These service providers process data only on our behalf.

11. Data security

The website is delivered over an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

12. Your rights

You have the right to information about the data processed about you, as well as to correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You can object to processing and withdraw consent given at any time. To exercise your rights, an email to jana@psyane.ch is enough. You also have the right to complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

13. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by legal retention periods. After that the data is deleted.

14. Changes

We may adjust this privacy policy so that it always meets current legal requirements and reflects changes to our services. The current version applies to your visit.
